Our peaceful and healing accommodations in our spectacular setting with restorative amenities, paired with our health-focused gourmet cuisine, offer a distraction-free environment that promotes healthy, sustainable detoxification and a reconnection to the wonders and beauty of nature helping guests tune in to the answers that lay within.
Group wellness retreats are beautiful and can be powerful, but at REFUGE we have learned that when an individual, or a small intimate group is affected by the same trauma, tragedy or have found themselves in the same situation and circumstance, one-on-one focus is imperative, along with individual self-care. The healing journey begins within, and there is such value in individual attention and focus. We suggest one to two person experiences; however, we offer a four guest maximum depending on the nature of the retreat. The work offered is powerful work and we want to honor our facilitator’s energy while ensuring our guests are provided with the services they are investing in.
Our personalized weekend healing retreats are based on our guest situation and needs. However, each guest is provided the same healing opportunities, from personal time to meditate, walk in nature, bathe in the river, journal and more. One-on-one sessions are provided based on the needs and intention of the guest. Private massages and other requested or suggested body work are provided, along with private sound healing and cocoa ceremonies. Private high-end accommodations are provided along with delicious and healthy personalized meals, prepared by chef’s who Reiki all food and intentionally prepare food in energetic alignment to help facilitate the healing needs and desires of a client. Afternoon tea is served daily and the weekend concludes with a sacred ceremony blessing you on your way.

ABOUT LEIGH ANGEL
Our on-site facilitator, Leigh Angel, is an intuitive and clairvoyant who has used her gifts to help heal others. Clients are offered at least two private sessions during a weekend retreat. These sessions are typically at least two-hours per session. Clients can choose from various sessions offered including Angel Card readings, Akashic readings, Mediumship readings, Angel readings, or clients may opt to give permission to allow Leigh Angel to move in whatever direction she feels she is being guided to meet the client’s needs.
Many, like Leigh Angel, have taken a public stage recently including Tyler Henry, The Long Island Medium, David Patrick Young, David James and the list goes on. Powerful healing occurs when those who have lost loved ones can gain closure and perhaps receive answers from the beyond through vessels available to relay those messages. Often when this healing begins, a person is able to move forward on their own path, releasing grief, guilt, shame and perhaps anger or resentment. Sometimes a great healing occurs from receiving one simple answer desperately longed for.
In addition to connecting to the beyond, Leigh Angel also has access to the Akashic Records and has access to ask specific questions a client may request to receive answers. Our weekend healing retreats quite often explore the attendees records, answering many questions and giving direction in how to move forward.
In addition, angel card readings, along with messages from the angels can be provided during private sessions. Leigh Angel allows herself to be guided according to the needs, questions and desires of individual client wishes and needs.
WELLNESS TEAM
In addition to the facilitator, Leigh Angel, we have a wellness team for your stay. Our chef will prepare personalized meals catering to your specific healing needs and desires. Our Reiki Master or Massage Therapist offers a private massage or Reiki session. Our yoga instructor offers a private yoga class during your stay and we conclude the weekend with our trained sound healer offering a private sound healing ceremony for you. Everyone on our team is here for your well-being and desires to serve in your healing journey. Guests are welcome to request special experiences and our Wellness Team will strive to fulfill those requests when possible.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Our private accommodations offer a modern boho-style ranch house, which has recently been completely renovated and fully furnished. This space is saged and blessed prior to your arrival and prepared just for you for your time with us. From the inside out, this property is magic and offers many features such as outdoor seating areas, an outdoor bar, pavilion, outdoor fireplace, porches, swings, koi pond, and the list goes on. It is the perfect place to rest and relax whether you are soaking in the primary bathroom soaking tub, walking, reading, meditating, or enjoying time out by the koi pond. Our facilitator will be on-site if needed in her own separate accommodation space.
